ST Engineering e-Services (eServ) hosted dedicated Tech Talk sessions, featuring General Manager Patrick Ong, along with guest speakers Kelvin Lim (Chief of Grants Division, AIC) and Nina Alag Suri (Founder & CEO, X0PA AI).
At the InnoTech Conference, Patrick Ong, General Manager of ST Engineering e-Services (eServ), and Kelvin Lim, Chief of Grants Division at AIC, shared how advanced BPO strategies can drive operational efficiency and strengthen core business functions. They highlighted eServ’s seamless, secure outsourcing for clients like AIC, emphasising the impact of robust AI integration and technical innovation.
